Final beam raised in 'topping out' at Circa in downtown Las Vegas
The final beam for the Circa hotel tower in downtown Las Vegas was raised in a ceremony on Friday.
Derek Stevens signed the beam before it was raised 458 feet in the air at the 777-room project that has set an Oct. 28 opening for the first five floors as construction continues on the tower.
Circa is the first major resort to be built downtown since 1980.
