March 22 opening date for Queensland's The Darling hotel tower
In Australia, The Star Entertainment Group Limited has reportedly announced that the new 17-story hotel tower for its The Star Gold Coast integrated casino resort will open on March 22 under the name The Darling. Reportedly designed for business and leisure travelers by renowned Las Vegas-based casino architect Steelman Partners, every one of the suites at The Darling will also purportedly offer state-of-the-art room technology encompassing smart televisions, integrated Bose sound systems and technology that will allow guests to customize their own service, lighting and temperature preferences.
