Property development in the gaming sector is massively thriving. Solaire Resort & Casino is the first development to break ground in the government sponsored Pagcor (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.) economic development zone known as the Entertainment City.
It is an integrated destination resort on an 8.3-hectare site, where the tallest hotel in the Manila Bay area outside the City of Manila is located. This distinction was previously held by Sofitel Philippine Plaza.
Designed by architect and designer Paul Steelman of Las Vegas-based Steelman Partners, the complex houses two distinctive 17-storey five-star hotels.
The Bay and The Sky Tower, featuring a total of 800 rooms, suites and villas, were all elegantly interior designed by Steelman Partners affiliate company DSAA (Dalton, Steelman, Arias & Associates).
