Vegas has great layout for future projects
One of the world's most successful resort designers, Paul Steelman, has recently floated a theory that makes sense and it's not what you might think. Steelman, 62, believes it's the proximity to each other of the casino/resorts on the Las Vegas Strip and in downtown Las Vegas that sets Southern Nevada apart. Although, the nearness of everything including the airport is an organic development rather than part of a master plan, it works and should be copied, he says.
