Paul Steelman Design Group is firm of record for the new Majestic Resort

Paul Steelman Design Group has announced that it has been named the architecture firm of record for the new Majestic Resort and Residences development to be located on the North end of the Las Vegas strip at the previous site of the La Concha motel. The exterior of the development will be an architectural style based on art-deco forms. A 37-floor, 442-suite hotel will be managed and operated by Conrad, the five star division of the Hilton Hotels Corp. Rooms at the Conrad will be some of the largest in Las Vegas ranging from 780 to 1,000 square feet each.

In addition to the Conrad, the development includes the 42-story Majestic condominium tower which will offer 144 high-end units starting at $850,000 to $3 million. The units range from 2,450 - 3,600 square feet and embrace luxury staples such as stone and hardwood floors, granite counter tops, gourmet kitchens, opulent his and hers master baths, wireless internet, sound and security systems and floor to ceiling glass walls to provide unobstructed views of the Strip.

An additional unique component to the development is the 100,000 square foot Majestic Court and Marketplace with three floors of restaurants and retail shops.

The $250 million dollar project will be a dynamic part of the changing skyline that will take place at the North end of the Las Vegas strip over the next three years.

Construction will begin in the fourth quarter of this year.
