Paul Steelman Design Group marked construction milestone with the Las Vegas Sands Macau

Paul Steelman Design Group recently marked a construction milestone with the Topping Off Ceremony at the Las Vegas Sands Macau.

When completed, the 2 hundred million dollar facility will boast a million square feet of gaming as well as fabulous amenities. This project marks the first of its kind to bring a Las Vegas style casino/resort to Macau and the Cotai peninsula.

The casino floor will house approximately 300 table games and 600 slot machines and cliental will have respite options galore with 8o entertainment lounges scattered throughout the facility. A 750-seat show room will host leading entertainment acts.

6 restaurants will give patrons fine dining choices that range from traditional Chinese to old Las Vegas steakhouse and an expansive buffet.

The Las Vegas Sands Macau will house 51 lavish suites, which range in size from 1000 sq. ft. to 7000 sq. ft. A world-class men's spa and fitness center as well as a 14,000 sq. ft. roof top garden provide optional retreats to this urban casino.

Many of the design features of the Las Vegas Sands Macau fall into a colossal realm with elements such as a 120 ft. by 60 ft. lobby crystal chandelier, 150 ft. long lobby water wall and a water wall that rises to the full height of the 60 ft. casino ceiling.

Construction completion is slated for Memorial Day 2004.
